Title
Dark Doin's
Description
English: A very interesting, if not unconventional folk rag from Cincinnati by an otherwise unknown composer. In 1903 ragtime was still an emerging genre and one does encounter what might be called ragtime experiments by creative people, all very fascinating in their own way. It was self-published by Oliver C. Thomann in Covington, Kentucky (across the Ohio River from Cincinnati) in 1903, who was a graduating member of the class of '03 of St. Xavier's College in Cincinnati. The piano cover has a photo of a group of young men who were members of the class of '03. (Thank you to JohnJ1995 for the Thomann info).

Original score source was from HathiTrust Digital Library (who credits the University of Michigan as the digitizer) at this link: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015099305677&seq=1

This is a reproduction of the original score. No attempt has been made to alter any of the notes as was written.
